The SecureEntry-ConWG-USB access control converter is a device that converts Wiegand interface signals to USB-compatible signals. It features a small size and light weight, which helps save working space. It supports devices with a voltage of 9-12V and an operating current of no more than 100mA.

The access control converter is equipped with a plug-and-play interface, which allows quick connection to a computer’s USB port, such as RFID readers or standalone access controllers. The device is detected as an HID keyboard, eliminating the need to install additional drivers. The SecureEntry-ConWG-USB model works with most operating systems, including WinXP / Win7 / Win10 / Linux / Android.
This small device allows us to connect devices using Wiegand protocol to a computer or other device equipped with a USB port. Thus, after connecting access control systems, we can monitor, manage or analyze data from the computer level. We also gain the opportunity to conveniently configure and program the devices.
