The TimeLok-400NWEPBI is a device that offers an advanced time and attendance recording system. Using it, it is possible to record the arrival and departure time of an employee, as well as monitor the time of work performed. The time and attendance recorder can also be used to control access to company resources.
Simple operation
The TimeLok-400NWEPBI recorder features functional and intuitive operation. The device does not require an internet connection, which ensures offline operation. There is no need to install new connections or programmes. The recorder has built-in software, which ensures immediate operation. Time recording is carried out through triple verification, using a fingerprint, a 125 kHz and 13.56 mHz RFID card and a pin. The large display and convenient buttons make working easy and pleasant.
The device is aimed at any company. This is because it allows up to 3,000 employees and up to 100,000 logins to be stored in the recorder’s memory, ensuring continuity in employee time management.
Easy data collection
The recorder allows data recording without installing additional software. All information regarding time recording is stored in the internal memory.
The data can be downloaded from the device or via a pendrive or external drive by connecting to a USB port. It is possible to generate a report for all logins once for a selected employee and period. To run the report, the logger does not need any external programs and the device automatically creates a text document containing the data we have selected.
Advanced features
The TimeLok-400NWEPBI Time Recorder features: WiFi, WEB and P2P, which is a computer network communication model in which all network nodes are peers and can communicate and exchange data directly with each other. The WiFi module is only used to synchronise data between devices and cannot be used to transfer data to a computer for report generation.
In addition to the aforementioned functions, it is also equipped with an additional battery that allows the device to operate without power for up to four hours and a Wiegand IC, which is an integrated circuit that is used for communication between devices such as readers and buttons and access control systems. This makes the time and attendance recorder also suitable for use as an access control device, e.g. for rooms in the workplace.
