TimeLok-100U time recorder is a device that is used to monitor the working time of employees. Using this device, you can record the arrival and departure time of an employee, as well as monitor the time of work performed. The time recorder can also be used to control access to company resources.
Recording time without hindrance
The TimeLok-100U time recorder features functional and intuitive operation. The device does not require an Internet connection, which provides offline operation. There is no need to install new connections or programs. The recorder has built-in software, which ensures instant operation. Time recording is done by triple verification, using a fingerprint, RFID card and pin. The large display, and convenient buttons make it easy, and pleasant to work with.
The device is aimed at any enterprise. This is because it allows up to 1,000 employees and up to 100,000 logins to be stored in the recorder’s memory, while ensuring continuity in the management of employees’ time.
Easy data collection
The recorder allows recording data without installing additional software. All the information about time recording is stored in the internal memory.
Downloading the data is possible from the device level or using a pendrive or external drive by connecting to a USB port. It is possible to generate a report for all logins once for a selected employee and period. To run the report, the recorder does not need any external software, and the device automatically creates a text document containing the data we selected.
