Three Scanning Modes
The data collector has three modes for scanning 1D codes. In “real-time mode,” scanned codes are immediately transmitted to the target device. “Memory mode” allows for storing up to 50,000 scanned codes in the built-in memory, for later transfer to a computer. Particularly noteworthy is the “inventory mode,” where scanned codes are stored in the device’s internal memory, and additionally, repeated codes are summed up. This option aids in organizing data and maintaining its clarity.
