Frequently asked questions
After updating Windows 10, there may be problems with the proper operation of the HD-SL36A reader. To do so, perform the following steps.
- Open the Device Manager
- Connect the reader to the USB port
- The reader should appear under the name “libusb” with a black USB cable icon
- Expand the item and right-click and select the following options: “Update driver -> Browse my computer for driver software -> Let me choose from the list of available drivers on my computer”.
- Select “HID-compatible device” from the displayed items and click Next (if there is no information about “HID-compatible device”, replace with “USB device”)
- After following the above steps, the device should appear in the Keyboard position and work properly.
