The HD29A features a professional scanning engine that reads all major 1D barcodes regardless of print quality — it handles damaged, blurred and hard-to-read codes with ease. The device supports automatic scanning mode — codes are read the moment they approach the scanning window, eliminating the need to press a button. Combined with the included cradle, the scanner becomes virtually hands-free. An advanced feature allows programming custom prefix and suffix characters, including function keys (F11, F9, F7, etc.).
