Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of thirty days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound to the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender utilizes our involvement for the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time the revocation becomes effective, your lender assumes our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with respect to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. This does not apply if the present contract pertains to the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that as well.

Who pays for the return shipping of the product I want to return?
The cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer. You can choose any courier service or postal service to send the product back.
Please note:
We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.
How can I exchange a product for another one?
To exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
The cost of returning the product must be covered by you. Once we receive and approve the return, you will be refunded according to the payment method used for the original transaction. Afterward, you can proceed with placing a new order for the replacement product.
Can I return a product purchased on behalf of a company?
Yes, companies can return products. To initiate a return, please complete the return form. The return will be reviewed, and we will inform you via email whether it has been accepted.
When will I receive a refund, and how?
Refunds will be issued as soon as possible after we have reviewed your return and confirmed its eligibility. The maximum time to decide on a return is 14 days.
The refund will be sent using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
