Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item. No reason is required.

The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal statement before the 30-day period expires. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notification. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a non-standard shipping method are excluded. We will use the same payment method as your original transaction, at no extra charge. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof of dispatch.

Return of goods: You must send the goods back within 30 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Special Notes

If you financed this purchase through a loan and later withdraw, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. If the loan has already been disbursed to us, your lender assumes our rights and obligations from the financed contract. This does not apply to financial instruments (e.g., securities or derivatives).

The customer covers the cost of return shipping. You may use any courier or postal service. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) packages.
