Wireless Barcode Reader - Superior Reading Quality
Wireless barcode and multi-dimensional code scanners are devices that operate on radio frequency or via Bluetooth module. The range depends on the type of wireless technology. In the case of the former, standard equipment includes a radio receiver or docking station, which also serves as a charger. Scanners of this type work when connected to the USB port of the receiving computer using the included USB receiver. Bluetooth-operated wireless scanners offer a smaller wireless range. Their unparalleled advantage is the ability to connect to any mobile device, such as a tablet or phone, which expands the range of usability.
The barcode reader can read one-dimensional (1D bar) codes.
Wireless Barcode Readers - Better Than Traditional Ones?
Wireless barcode readers are made of high-quality materials and components. Thanks to the sturdy construction ensuring durability, they are resistant to falls from heights of up to 1.5-2 meters. This makes them suitable for use even in challenging conditions. A major advantage of the scanner is the ability to program any prefix and suffix, including function keys (F11, F9, F7, etc.). Powerful batteries ensure seamless operation, eliminating the need for frequent charging breaks. They are usually smaller than their wired counterparts. Appreciated for their elegant appearance and ergonomic shape, ensuring comfort for everyday use. They are comfortable and lightweight, while providing good protection against dust and moisture. The equipment's appearance makes it fit perfectly into any interior, affecting the aesthetics of the environment.
