Efficient time tracking with the CTR10 recorder

The CTR10 time attendance recorder is an advanced, multifunctional device for recording employee attendance and controlling access to rooms and buildings. Once connected to a low-voltage installation, it is ready to work straight away. The built-in system removes the need for any additional software or applications, and all data is stored in internal memory with room for up to 1,000 employees and as many as 100,000 logs.

A high level of security and everyday convenience is provided by the triple verification system: fingerprint, a 6-character PIN code and a 125 kHz RFID card or key fob. Operation is comfortable thanks to a clear 2.4-inch LED screen and a physical keypad, from which you can manage schedules, shifts and company departments. Data and automatically generated reports (attendance, absence, lateness or leave) can be downloaded directly from the device or onto a USB flash drive through the USB port as a ready-made Excel file.

In addition, thanks to the included cable and support for the Wiegand 26 and Wiegand 34 protocols, the CTR10 is easy to configure with an electronic door lock, to connect external readers and to use functions such as a tamper alarm.

Discover the benefits of identification with the HD-RWC01 RFID card

The HD-RWC01 RFID card is a passive device for identifying goods and people. The card carries a unique 10-digit code used for identification, which lets you assign data to it in your system. The card cannot be re-encoded with a different code.

The card is equipped with a TK4100 chip. For proper operation it uses radio wave technology at a frequency of 125 kHz. Any content can be printed on it with a dedicated card printer, which widens its range of applications.

E-book “Time under control” – a practical guide to time & attendance

The set includes the e-book “Time under control. Time & attendance recorders in practice – how to start and why it pays off” prepared by the HDWR team as a PDF file in English. The guide shows in plain language how to choose the login method (RFID cards and key fobs, PIN codes, biometrics – including GDPR requirements), how online and offline recorders differ, how to add employees and generate attendance reports every day and how to extend the system with access control. This way you will quickly start up the CTR10 and make full use of it in your company.

The set includes a communication cable with a 12 V power supply. The recorder can also be connected to the building’s low-voltage installation — the same type of installation used by door phones or alarm systems.

How to receive the e-book?

1. Scan the QR code on the card included in the parcel – it takes you to get.hdwrglobal.com.
2. Enter your e-mail address.
3. Confirm the link you receive by e-mail.
4. Download the PDF file – your e-mail address will appear in its footer.

The code on the card is single-use and the download link stays valid for 30 days. If you do not use it in time, enter the code again and you will receive a new link.
