The TimeLok-200 is a working time recorder designed to collect and store data on employee working hours. It enables companies to monitor attendance, detect overtime and maintain accurate records – regardless of workforce size. The TimeLok-200 is a functional and intuitive device. No internet connection is required – it operates fully offline without installing additional software or connections. The built-in firmware ensures immediate operation out of the box. Time registration uses triple verification: fingerprint, RFID card or key fob (125 kHz and 13.56 MHz), and PIN. The large 2.4-inch TFT LCD display and 16 tactile buttons ensure comfortable daily use.

All attendance data is stored in the device’s internal memory – no external software is needed to operate the recorder. Data can be exported via USB port using a USB drive or external storage. The device automatically generates a text report for all logins for a selected employee and time period, with no additional software required.

Beyond basic time recording, the TimeLok-200 features WiFi, WEB and P2P connectivity. P2P allows direct device-to-device communication and data synchronisation across a local network. Note: the WiFi module is used only for synchronising data between devices and cannot transfer data to a computer for report generation. The device also includes a Wiegand interface, enabling integration with access control systems – the recorder can serve as an access control reader for rooms or entry points within a workplace.

The TimeLok-200 is Beepclock Ready – it is compatible with the Beepclock cloud-based attendance management subscription service, enabling real-time data access and advanced reporting via the web. Alternatively, the free Attendance Tracker desktop application (available for download) can be used for local data management. Please note that Attendance Tracker is third-party software and support is not provided by HDWR.

The WiFi module on the TimeLok-200 is used exclusively for synchronising data between multiple TimeLok devices in a P2P network. It does not allow you to transfer attendance data directly to a computer for report generation – reports are generated on the device itself or exported via USB.
Yes. The built-in Wiegand interface allows the TimeLok-200 to communicate with access control systems such as electric locks, door controllers and entry panels. This means the device can simultaneously serve as a working time recorder and an access reader for rooms or entry points.
