A stainless steel weighing platform accepts bowls, trays and loose goods, and four buttons next to the display give direct access to the daily functions. The backlit LCD remains readable in any light, which matters in a busy deli or bakery where the scale is used hundreds of times a day.
The weighing system delivers ±0.1 g accuracy across the full 3 kg range — precise enough for spices, baking ingredients and loose goods priced by weight. Useful functions are available directly from the keypad: tare weighing, piece counting by unit weight, unit-price entry, backlit display and automatic shutdown to preserve battery life.
A built-in 4 Ah (4000 mAh) lead-acid battery powers the S3 wirelessly so the scale can be set up anywhere — shop counter, market stall or kitchen workbench. It runs for up to 2 days of continuous use, or up to a week in standby mode. The included 230 V mains adapter recharges the scale and can power it during longer shifts.
