The HDWR HD1100A is an advanced wireless barcode scanner that reads 1D and 2D codes (including QR) from both paper labels and LCD/LED/OLED screens. Its built-in CMOS sensor ensures accurate scanning in virtually any environment — from small retail shops and offices to large logistics and warehouse operations.
The included plastic cradle keeps the scanner securely positioned and is especially useful for automatic hands-free scanning — the sensors detect movement and trigger the scanning beam automatically, turning the HD1100A into a fully autonomous stationary reader. The dedicated USB micro receiver provides a wireless range of up to several dozen metres. A USB cable is also included for wired data transfer and charging the built-in 1800 mAh battery, which lasts a full day of intensive use.
By default the HD1100A is detected as an HID keyboard device. When needed, it can emulate a serial port connection via Virtual COM for easy integration with POS and legacy systems. The storage mode allows saving scanned codes in built-in memory when away from the receiver — codes are uploaded to the computer later in a single batch, ideal for inventory and stocktaking tasks.
