The CMOS LED scanning engine offers superior shock resistance compared to traditional laser scanners. An illuminating LED enables reliable scanning regardless of lighting conditions. The scanner reads codes from LCD, LED/OLED screens and mobile displays with ease. Automatic scanning mode reads codes without pressing any button, boosting productivity.
The included cradle doubles as a docking station — it holds the scanner securely for hands-free automatic scanning and charges it simultaneously. The cradle angle is adjustable for optimal positioning. The 2.4G wireless connection (via USB dongle) provides reliable communication with a generous range. A USB cable is also included for wired data transfer.
The HD5800 offers a storage mode capable of saving up to 100,000 scanned codes in built-in memory. Stored codes can be uploaded to a computer later in a single batch — perfect for inventory, stocktaking and field work without a continuous wireless connection.
