The arm of the SolidHand-BGW01W is equipped with a gas spring mechanism that counterbalances the weight of the monitor, allowing effortless and precise height adjustment. The mount offers a ±90° arm swing, a ±180° monitor rotation and a generous +50° to −20° tilt range. A dedicated pivot function rotates the screen 90° into portrait orientation — useful for reading, coding or reviewing long documents. The arm extends up to 424 mm from the wall, so you can pull the screen forward when needed or push it back against the wall to free up depth.
The SolidHand-BGW01W is designed for permanent wall mounting. The compact wall plate (dimensions 116 × 547 × 480 mm in total assembly) attaches securely to any solid wall using the included screws and washers. The VESA bracket at the end of the arm accepts most 17–49 inch monitors on the market. The full mount weighs only 3.30 kg (3.74 kg with packaging), making the unit easy to handle during installation while still providing a 20 kg load capacity at the monitor end.

The mount supports monitors with a VESA 75×75 mm or 100×100 mm hole pattern, a diagonal of 17 to 49 inches and a weight of up to 20 kg. This covers the vast majority of monitors currently available, including ultra-wide screens and 4K displays.
A gas spring provides smoother and more precise height adjustment than a purely mechanical spring. You can reposition the monitor with one hand and the arm will stay exactly where you leave it, without the micro-drop often seen in cheaper spring arms.
Yes. The VESA bracket includes a full pivot function — you can rotate the monitor 90° into portrait orientation, which is handy for reading long documents, coding, proofreading or monitoring vertical dashboards.
The SolidHand-BGW01W should be mounted on a solid wall (concrete, brick or a stud-backed plasterboard). Before installation, verify that the wall can support the combined weight of the mount (approximately 3.3 kg) and your monitor. For plasterboard walls without studs, use appropriate heavy-duty anchors.
