The HDWR HD650 is an industrial-grade stationary scanner designed for production line environments. Its aluminium housing with IP65 protection provides full resistance to dust ingress and water jets, ensuring reliable operation in harsh conditions. The compact form factor and included mounting bracket with screws allow flexible installation directly on conveyor lines, sorting stations or quality control checkpoints. The scanner communicates via a robust RS232 serial interface.

High-speed scanning for moving objects

Equipped with an advanced CMOS sensor (1280 x 800 px), the HD650 delivers exceptionally fast automatic scanning of 1D and 2D barcodes, including QR codes, even on products moving at constant speed on a conveyor belt. The RS232 interface enables integration with industrial controllers and software, allowing external control and automation of production processes. The scanner supports extensive programmability — custom prefix/suffix, trigger modes and communication parameters — making it highly versatile across different applications.
