The HD-S63 uses a high-quality CMOS matrix (640×480) scanning module that reads all leading 1D and 2D barcodes, including QR codes — from both printed labels and screens. The scanner handles codes displayed on LCD, LED/OLED and mobile device displays without difficulty, even when codes are dense and contain large amounts of data. Scanning is fully automatic: simply place the code in front of the scanning window.
The HD-S63 is ready to use immediately after connecting via USB — no drivers or additional software required. The scanner is compatible with Linux, Android, Windows XP/7/8/10, and macOS. It works with virtually any application that accepts keyboard input. A confirmation beep and a blue flashing LED indicator notify the user of each successfully scanned code.
