Equipped with an advanced CMOS sensor (2688 x 1520 resolution), the HD4600-LR reads all major 1D barcodes and 2D codes including QR, DataMatrix and Aztec. It handles codes on paper labels as well as LCD and LED/OLED screens, and reliably decodes damaged or low-quality prints. The standout feature is the reading distance of up to 7 meters, ideal for high-rack warehouses where scanning from floor level is essential. A green laser aimer with two illumination LEDs ensures precise targeting even in bright environments.
The scanner offers two wireless modes: 2.4 GHz radio with a range of up to 100 meters in open areas, and Bluetooth for up to 10 meters for pairing with mobile devices. The included docking station serves as both a 2.4 GHz receiver and a convenient charger. A powerful 2600 mAh battery provides extended operating time, while the built-in storage mode saves up to 100,000 codes in memory for later transfer — perfect for areas with intermittent wireless coverage.
