The HDWR HD-S20 is a compact stationary QR and barcode scanner built from high-quality materials for lasting durability. Its minimalist design takes up very little counter space, making it perfect for small shops, boutiques and service points. The scanner reads both 1D and 2D codes (including QR, Data Matrix, PDF417) from paper labels and LCD/LED screens alike.
Powered by a high-quality CMOS sensor (640 x 480 px), the HD-S20 delivers precise scanning at up to 500 scans per second. It supports both manual (side button) and automatic (proximity-activated) scanning modes. The device also features Virtual COM support, allowing the USB connection to emulate a traditional serial port for easy integration with POS and legacy systems.
Measuring just 50 x 35 x 22 mm and weighing only 95 g, the HD-S20 is one of the smallest desktop scanners available. Its sleek black housing fits elegantly into any environment. The device withstands drops from up to 1.5 metres and the 120 cm USB cable provides flexible placement options.
