The HDWR HD-SL95 is an advanced wireless barcode scanner designed for professional use. Its robust housing with IP54 protection withstands drops from up to 1.5 metres. The built-in CMOS sensor reads all major 1D and 2D codes including QR and Aztec — making it particularly well-suited for automotive workshops, vehicle inspection stations and dealerships where reading Aztec codes from vehicle registration documents is essential.

Precision scanning with screen reading

The CMOS imaging engine delivers fast and accurate scanning of barcodes from paper labels and LCD/LED/OLED screens alike, including smartphone displays. It handles damaged, blurred and hard-to-read codes with ease. The scanner supports both manual (button press) and automatic (proximity-activated) scanning modes — the automatic mode reads codes the moment they enter the scanning window, eliminating the need to press a button.

Dual wireless: 2.4G radio (100 m) and Bluetooth

The HD-SL95 offers two wireless modes. The 2.4G radio connection (via included USB dongle) provides an impressive range of up to 100 metres in open spaces. The built-in Bluetooth module reaches up to 10 metres and connects directly to mobile devices. A convenient display on top of the scanner shows the current connection mode and battery level at a glance.

Built-in memory for 40,000 codes

The scanner features two operating modes. In real-time mode, scanned codes are transmitted instantly. In storage mode, up to 40,000 codes are saved in built-in memory for later batch upload — ideal for inventory, stocktaking and field work where a continuous wireless connection is not available.
