The TimeLok-300 is a working time recorder with LAN, WiFi, Wiegand IC and dual-frequency RFID designed to collect and store employee attendance data. It enables companies to monitor working hours, detect overtime and ensure continuous attendance management. Beyond its core attendance functions, the TimeLok-300NWEPBI offers several advanced features. It includes WiFi, WEB and P2P connectivity — the WiFi module is used exclusively to synchronise data between devices and cannot be used to transfer data to a computer for report generation. The device is also fitted with a backup battery providing up to four hours of operation without mains power, ensuring continuity even during power outages. The built-in Wiegand IC interface enables communication with access control systems such as door controllers and entry buttons, making the recorder suitable for use as an access control device for rooms and restricted areas in the workplace.

E-book “Time under control” – a practical guide to time & attendance

The set includes the e-book “Time under control. Time & attendance recorders in practice – how to start and why it pays off” prepared by the HDWR team as a PDF file in English. The guide shows in plain language how to choose the login method (RFID cards and key fobs, PIN codes, biometrics – including GDPR requirements), how online and offline recorders differ, how to add employees and generate attendance reports every day and how to extend the system with access control. This way you will quickly start up the TimeLok-300 and make full use of it in your company.

2. Enter your e-mail address.
3. Confirm the link you receive by e-mail.
4. Download the PDF file – your e-mail address will appear in its footer.

The code on the card is single-use and the download link stays valid for 30 days. If you do not use it in time, enter the code again and you will receive a new link.
