Wireless and free operation is guaranteed by radio communication through the included USB receiver. Radio waves allow comfortable movement with the scanner within a radius of several meters. Particularly noteworthy is the memory mode, in which scanned codes are stored in the device’s built-in memory. After reading the appropriate control code from the manual, you can display the number of stored codes, transfer data to a computer and clear the memory. The HD1100 offers a whole day of intensive scanning thanks to a powerful built-in 1800 mAh battery, and can be charged and exchange data via the included USB cable.

When the USB receiver is connected to a computer, the reader appears as a HID keyboard. The device also offers the ability to simulate a serial port using the Virtual COM function, significantly expanding the range of applications. To maximize comfort, the scanner is equipped with an automatic scanning mode – barcodes are read immediately upon detection by the sensor, eliminating the need to press the scan button. Worth noting is the option to program any character as a prefix and suffix from the ASCII character table.
