The SecureEntry-EL300 operates on DC12V with an input current of 200mA and an initial current of 1.3A. The lock works on a fail-secure principle: power-off unlocks, power-on locks — ideal for controlled entry systems. It integrates seamlessly with RFID card readers, keypads and biometric time recorders, enabling users to open the door via proximity card, PIN code, fingerprint or facial recognition. The lock also features an adjustable time delay for locking (0/3/6 seconds), allowing multiple employees to enter the building after a single unlock without re-authentication.
The SecureEntry-EL300 is designed to be the physical foundation of any access control system. By connecting an RFID reader, keypad lock or biometric device to the lock, you get a complete, scalable entry solution. The magnetic gate signal function provides feedback to the control panel, enabling real-time door status monitoring. The lock body’s compact dimensions (14.6 × 4.4 × 3.9 cm) and the included mounting plate allow straightforward installation on standard frameless glass door frames.
The steel housing of the SecureEntry-EL300 ensures long-term reliability even under intensive daily use. The lock core has a diameter of 12.5 cm and a stroke length of 15 mm, providing a firm and consistent hold on the door. The SecureEntry-EL300 is designed for frameless glass doors and can be mounted at the top or bottom of the door frame. It is not suitable for standard wooden or metal frame doors without appropriate adapter hardware.
The delay can be set to 0, 3 or 6 seconds. After the door is unlocked, it remains open for the selected delay period before the lock re-engages. This is useful in busy entrances where multiple people need to pass through after a single authentication event.
The lock is compatible with any DC12V access control device that provides a relay output, including RFID card readers, PIN keypads, fingerprint readers and face recognition terminals. Simply connect the control device output to the lock’s power circuit to enable controlled entry.
The SecureEntry-EL300 operates in fail-secure mode: the door is locked when power is supplied and unlocks when power is interrupted. This means that in case of a power outage, the door will open — a safety requirement in many fire and emergency evacuation regulations.
